  • Dance Team Prep

    > girls, grades 5 & 6 Dance Team Prep is a great opportunity that gives young athletes the chance to prepare to be a member of the Delano Tiger Dance Team. During this program, athletes will work with the winter competitive season coaches! Through this experience, participants will have a better understanding of what the dance team has to offer. Participants can expect to refine existing skills while also learning new skills. Coach Koch, Coach Mickschl, Coach Celandar Program Prerequisites: Participants must be able to jump, hop on one foot, kick their leg into the air, balance on one foot, spin in a circle, follow two-to-three step directions, learn dance routines, verbally communicate with peers and coaches, and be able to work as a team with their peers.
  • Dance Team Strength & Conditioning Summer Sessions

    > entering grades 7 - 12 Train with the DTDT’s winter season coaching staff! Do you strive to make the varsity team one day? Well, you are in luck! These summer sessions will help teach you everything from basic dance techniques to advanced combos. This exciting program will encourage you to push your limits and build strength. With this combination of dance, strength, and all-around fun, we will inspire you to be your best self as a performer. Throughout the summer, dancers will use the skills they learn to create combos. ~Delano Tiger Dance Team coaching staff Price includes: 1 - tank top (no camp on June 19 and 29-July 5) (no camp July 8 & 10 - JFK Summer Camp) Mondays: 4:30-7:30 PM Wednesdays: 4:30-7:30 PM Thursdays: 4:30-6:30 PM Program Prerequisites: Participants must be able to jump, hop on one foot, kick their leg into the air, balance on one foot, spin in a circle, follow two-to-three-step directions, learn dance routines, verbally communicate with peers and coaches, and be able to work as a team with their peers.
  • Fall Dance Team

    Fall Dance Team > entering grades 7 - 12 Join the Fall Performance Dance Team! This non-competitive team is what fans look forward to at football games, school pep fests, homecoming, and an off-sight Fall Showcase. Dancers will learn a pom routine to entertain the crowd. The fall program’s goal is to prepare the dancers for the Winter Competitive Dance Team season, focusing on expanding dance skills while having fun with friends. Coaches will hand out the required performance apparel and dates at the first practice.   • Fall Kids Dance Clinic

    > girls entering grades K - 6 Come dance with us! Learn a fun, energetic routine to entertain the Tiger Fans at Delano’s Homecoming football game. This clinic is an exciting way for our younger generation to connect with the dance team and the community. The Fall Kids Dance Clinic has quickly become a favorite for the dance team and the younger dancers. You will get to showcase your fun routine and your spunky dance moves on the football field. It’s a lively, fun environment, so be sure to register early to secure your spot! This clinic will split girls into grades K-3 and 4-6 groups. **Participants must be registered one week before the clinic’s start to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
