There's a lot of talk about dysregulated nervous systems right now. Are you curious how you can support yours? Yoga nidra is a guided rest that provides scientifically proven benefits. Practitioners lie on their mats in a comfortable, supported position to receive a half-hour guided relaxation that helps calm and reset the nervous system, settle the mind at the end of the day, and prepare one for a night of deep sleep. Discover what yoga nidra can do for you!
Please bring your mat, a blanket, a towel, or a pillow or two. Feel free to bring an eye pillow or eye mask.
For this program, participants can register for a series of classes or for individual classes at a higher drop-in fee of $10 per class. To register for a single class, select the single class fee during checkout. You will also be asked to list the date of the class you will be attending.

She has completed a variety of trainings and certifications and enjoys diving deeper into methods to support our human journey.
