Annalisa Bragg has been teaching yoga with Delano Community Education for over 20 years. She has completed a variety of trainings and certifications and enjoys diving deeper into methods to support our human journey. Annalisa looks forward to sharing her gleanings with you as you navigate a deeper understanding of your mind/body/breath complex.
