Trouble snoozing? There’s so much advice “out there” about how to improve your sleep. What if you had access, right in your own home, to a yoga practice that would help you prepare for a wonderful night’s sleep?
Wish granted! This one-hour, gentle, and restorative monthly online yoga workshop is designed to prepare your being for a good night’s rest. Additionally, we’ll explore practices you can do on your own to cultivate what experts call “good sleep hygiene” for naturally deeper sleep. All levels and all ages welcome. Feel free to practice in your jammies, or even on your bed!

Annalisa Bragg has been teaching yoga with Delano Community Education for over 20 years. She has completed a variety of trainings and certifications and enjoys diving deeper into methods to support our human journey.
