** This is a popular course that fills quickly, we encourage families to register on the waitlists if full as we may be able secure another bus depending on interest. Grades 4-12 (experienced 4th graders only) Join the fun during this six-week-long ski and snowboard program at Powder Ridge in Kimball. Important information: If you purchase a ski or snowboard rental package through this program, it will be a "seasonal" rental. Any student who purchases the rental package through the Ski & Snowboard Club will receive free rentals at Powder Ridge for the entire season, including days that are not part of the Ski & Snowboard Club Program. Every group participant will receive a Bonus Voucher on the 5th trip OR the last week in February, whichever comes first. Bonus Vouchers will not be distributed early. - A Bonus Voucher is a coupon that is valid for one-time use of $10 lift tickets and $10 rentals (for up to four people). These vouchers can be used any day AFTER 3:30 p.m. and expire at the end of the 2025/2026 ski season. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced to Delano Public Schools students at the end of the school day. Delano Community Education will also email cancellation information to registered participants. Lessons: Lessons are group-style for beginners only and offered on the first two ski club trips. Lessons begin at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM. Please meet the ski school staff by the trail map outside the red rental doors at the start time you desire. Participants must be 10 years of age or older to partake in the ski club lessons. Powder Ridge Waiver (New for the 2026 season): All group participants must have a parent or guardian complete the liability waiver before the start of ski club. This one-time waiver covers participants for all ski club visits. The waiver is a Powder Ridge requirement. Powder Ridge asks that we limit registrations to the first two weeks of the program, with additional students starting no later than the program's second week.
