Help improve your physical condition and firm your body by incorporating core strengthening exercises in the water. You will tone up and lose weight faster with a pool exercise program than you will with regular exercise because water acts as a resistor to muscle action. Our upbeat routines will include water jogging, water cycling, along with toning and stretching exercises for the arms, legs, and stomach while improving overall core strength. Water aerobics offers the aerobic benefit of cardiovascular fitness with low impact on your body because it is done in the water.

Monday Class times: 6:00 - 6:45pm
Wednesday Class times : 7:15 - 8:00pm
**Please feel free to register for both days if you would like to attend twice a week!
