Tiger Strength & Conditioning
This structured workout program will focus on agility, weight training, and core strengthening to become stronger, faster, and more athletic. You will be instructed to effectively, efficiently, and safely workout in the weight room and with other equipment. Ending time will vary depending on the rigor of the workout.
Program Prerequisites: Participants must have the ability to bench press 45 pounds, jump 20 inches high, and independently carry out exercises with verbal instruction
