Peak Performance

>High School Female  Athletes entering grades 7-12

The 45-minute Peak Performance workout will focus on:

  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Speed, agility, power, flexibility
  • Plyometrics
  • Core
  • Injury prevention
  • Mental toughness

Prepare for success and “peak performance” with strength and conditioning workouts explicitly geared for female athletes. When you put in the work and train like an athlete, you will reap the benefits during your upcoming season!

Each participant must bring a set of dumbbells between 8 - 12 pounds to each class based on what they are comfortable using, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.


DHS Tennis Courts (TAC Court #6 when needed due to weather)


Program Prerequisites: Participants must have the ability to lift 8 to 12-pound weights, run, jump, balance on one foot, and independently carry out exercises with verbal instruction.
