Are you interested in diving at the High School level? Or do you have a gymnastics background and want to try something new? This class is perfect for you! This fun class is intended for those entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, or students who have participated in diving lessons previously, and are interested in competing in diving at the high school level. Each class will begin with a small introduction to different topics competitive divers need to know, followed by 40 minutes of "in water" diving instruction.
