This offering is for participants who already have competitive diving experience, or are going into their first year of competitive diving and have attended 1 session of High School Prep. Diving 5 will help divers refine their current skills, and learn new skills, and dives. 6 and 11 dive list set up, tips, and some best practices. The spotting belt may be used if time and space allow. This group may also utilize the video replay system, so divers can watch their dives after they have completed them.
