Advanced: Gymnasts will learn handsprings, squat ons, flatbacks, and confidence on high beams. Advanced class sessions are two hours long. Gymnasts at this level can attend 2 - 3 times per week if scheduling allows.
Masters: At the Master’s level, we will advance your gymnastics skills even further. Tumbling, kips and handsprings will be taught. Masters sessions are two hours long. It is suggested that gymnasts at this level register for 2-3 classes per week if scheduling allows.
