Intro to Tiger Strength is a class for any student interested in getting stronger and more athletic. Intro to Tiger Strength will introduce the methods and lifts you would expect to see in a gym class or a team sport. The focus of this program is to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility under the guidance of skilled coaches, all while doing so safely and efficiently. Intro to Tiger Strength participants will be confident lifting in any gym by the end of the program. By establishing good workout habits, participants will continue to live healthy lifestyles.

Program Prerequisites:Participants must have the ability to lift 10 pounds, run, jump, and independently carry out exercises with verbal instruction.
