Children's yoga will improve little yogis' balance, core strength, growth of the brain, calmness and happiness. Children's yoga will also strengthen their body through basic and more challenging poses. They will learn mindfulness, breathing exercises, relaxation, and visualization techniques. There will be days when essential oils are a part of class.
Bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat.

Program Prerequisites: Participants will need a positive and willing attitude, ability to balance on one foot (or willing to practice), follow a series of instructions, they will learn and practice breath to movement poses, and be respectful of other yogis by not disturbing their neighbor,
