Relax and Restore Yoga
Participate in a restorative yoga practice to calm the mind and soothe the soul and body, followed by a mini-yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra is a guided deep relaxation that provides scientifically supported benefits. It helps to calm and soothe the nervous system, inviting you to respond to life instead of just reacting. This class will provide you with the opportunity to come back to your center and experience true peace and relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat, two warm blankets, & two comfortable pillows.
