BOOK: GOOD INSIDE (Adult Only)
Author: Dr. Becky Kennedy
Teacher: Maggie Olson
Join this 8-week class to discuss the book Good Inside. This book is for any parent who has ever struggled under the substantial weight of caregiving--which is to say all of us. Good Inside is not only a wise and practical guide to raising resilient, emotionally healthy kids, it’s also a supportive resource for overwhelmed parents who need more compassion and less stress.
Each session will focus on a portion of the book, and the group discussion will be around that portion and how it applies to your parenting.
Thursdays: January 23 and 30; February 6, 13, 20, and 27; March 13 and 20
Class 6:30 – 7:30 PM
You may join the teacher at the CEC in Room 214 (Adult Only) or virtually with Zoom. A zoom link will be sent to all participants the day before class. Door #2 will be open for those participants wanting to join me in Room 214. Books will be available to borrow or purchase.
