“NEW” Wednesday Book & Play (Non-Separating Class, with a short Parent Time on Building Children’s Literacy Skills at Home)  Ages 2 to Kindergarten Sibling care is available for children under 2, sign-up during registration! Reading is one of the best ways to support your young child's language and literacy development. Join us to celebrate the power and joy of books. Each week the teacher will pick a book and create activities around the theme of the book. After reading the story, you and your child will engage in activities of your choosing. For the final 15 minutes of class, the children will engage in free-play while the parents talk about literacy activities they can do at home with a Parent Educator. Depending on the availability of the book read in class, families will get a copy to take home. Some books are out of print and difficult to purchase. If the book can be accessed on-line, a link will be emailed to families after class. After you're done with the Book and Play – Join us for Wednesday Wiggle & Play!
