Delano Community Education

This is a must do holiday family tradition. Last year a total of 89 trees were donated and decorated for 2024, making WCHS’s Festival of Trees the largest indoor tree display in Minnesota! Delano ECFE is hiring a bus to take families to this event on Tuesday, December 16th. Besides seeing all the wonderfully decorated trees donated by local businesses and others; you and your child can visit the car with lights, visit the photo area, vote for your favorite tree, listen to holiday music, make an ornament to take home, complete a scavenger hunt, and collect a free toy. We also have a space reserved for our families to keep items you need to bring, so you don’t have to carry around bags, backpacks, etc.

Visit the Festival of Trees 9:30-11:00 AM

Return to Delano CEC at 11:30 AM

Fee: $6.00 per person or per family member (children 12 months and under are free)

Please note: 

• There will be a minimum number of required registrations before the field trip will be able to happen. There will also be a maximum capacity based on the site regulations or the bus capacity maximum.
• All Strollers must be collapsible so they can be folded and stored on the bus. Double strollers, extra large strollers or wagons are not permitted.
• No refunds will be given to any participants that miss the bus, you are welcome to drive yourself and meet us there.
