All 7-12 grade athletes are invited to attend these weekly practices at Tiger Stadium with the varsity Cross Country and Track & Field coaching staff. On Tuesdays, athletes will be in groups for sprinting, hurdling, distance running, or throwing. Thursday sessions will be distance running only. No experience is necessary. All interested cross-country or track-and-field athletes are welcome to attend!
Varsity Cross Country/Track & Field Coaches
Program Prerequisites: Participants must be able to run, jump, shuffle, and skip unassisted, follow a series of directions, verbally communicate with peers and coaches, and work as a team with their peers. Participants must also have a basic understanding of track and field and cross-country sports.
