Ben Nolan, Personal Trainer
Ben obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from MSU, Mankato and is a CF-L1 Trainer. He has been training groups and individual clients for the past 5 years. His goal as a trainer is to influence clients to their full potential through clear goal setting and consistent training. He has coached a variety of fitness classes, including CrossFit, running camps, military training, and general strength conditioning. He has experience with all ages and fitness levels.
