    > athletes entering grades 9-12 Increase your athletic potential with Tiger Strength & Conditioning this summer! Tiger Strength mixes science-backed programming and experienced coaching to improve sport-specific skills and create stronger, faster, and more durable athletes. Along with increasing physical fitness, the goal of Tiger Strength is to create a culture of strong, goal-oriented student-athletes. Tiger Strength Registration will open May 15 Monday - Thursday, (no Tiger Strength June 19, 30- July 3) Tiger Activity Center Tiger Strength Coaching Staff Program Prerequisites: Participants must be able to lift 45 pounds, run, jump, and independently carry out exercises with verbal instruction.
  • Intro to Tiger Strength

    > Athletes entering grades 7-8 Intro to Tiger Strength is a class for any student interested in getting stronger and more athletic. Intro to Tiger Strength will introduce the methods and lifts you would expect to see in a gym class or a team sport. The focus of this program is to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility under the guidance of skilled coaches, all while doing so safely and efficiently. Intro to Tiger Strength participants will be confident lifting in any gym by the end of the program. By establishing good workout habits, participants will continue to live healthy lifestyles. Intro to Tiger Strength Registration will open on May 15 Tiger Strength Coaching Staff Program Prerequisites:Participants must have the ability to lift 10 pounds, run, jump, and independently carry out exercises with verbal instruction.
  • Power Up: Speed, Agility, and Mindset Camp

    Girls ages 12-19 (does not need to be a tennis player) Take your performance to the next level with this dynamic camp designed to boost speed, endurance, and mental toughness. Participants will engage in targeted drills to enhance agility and stamina while developing tools for a winning mindset. Through a curriculum crafted by a licensed sports psychologist, you'll build confidence, master pre-performance routines, and practice positive self-talk strategies. Whether you're looking to gain a competitive edge or strengthen your mental game, this camp will empower you to reach your full potential. Coach Holmgren & staff Participants are encouraged to bring a water, sweat towel, yoga mat, and 3-12 lb dumbbells (if available). MON/FRI 6:30-7:30 am THURS: 3:00 - 4:00 pm Location: Tennis Courts (If weather is a concern class will be held inside on TAC court 6)
